It's Tuesday & I feel like I'm still recovering from the weekend! We had a gender reveal party on Saturday & had so much fun visiting with our family & friends. Today I wanted to share with you one of my favorite swimming workouts, that have been a lifesaver during both of my pregnancies. Unfortunately, all of my babies end up in my back, which cause major pain and there are some days where I can barely walk. Swimming has been one of the best workouts to help with this!

Warm Up: (5) 50's Freestyle
Workout: (6) 50's Kick
(5) 50's Pull
(8) 50's Alternate Freestyle and Choice (Back, Breast or Fly)
Cool Down: 100 Yards Slow Paced
