There are days where I feel like I can’t get out of a crazy funk, so I just grab some fresh air and appreciate life for what it is!
Create a motivation list
We all have those things in life that we want to achieve! Write them down and use that as motivation to better yourself.
Have a girls or guys night
No I don’t mean go out and party, I mean go grab dinner and a movie. I can’t tell you how many times just having sushi with my girlfriends has helped!
Do something for someone else
This is one of my absolute favorites and it’s not something I typically plan out. Usually if I know a friend could use an extra hand or I can give someone a few extra dollars I will. Knowing that I might bring joy to someone else’s day is a great feeling!
At home movie night!
Grab a redbox movie, some candy, and either wine or your favorite soda. What I love about an at home movie night, is allowing myself to be free for 2 hours. I’m so involved in the movie that I don’t have time to worry about my own life haha
Grab some tea or coffee and watch the sunset
Think about the postives from your day and remember that when the sun goes down at sunset, it will take a part of your life with it. Keep those parts of your life positive
