Spice Up Your Playlist

Whether you're at home or the gym, music is key! I have walked into workout classes where the intensity was suppose to be high but the music just did not fit. Have you ever heard how music can control your emotions and how you feel? I know I have and I believe this to be true 100%, which is why your workout playlist has to be up to par. I have made a list below with some of my favorite songs to workout to, ranging from EDM music to hip hop. It's not about genre, it's about how each particular song makes you feel. If you are like me and need to be hyped up 110% when working out, then make your playlist represent that. If you enjoy low intensity workouts, then choose calmer songs. EDM is a hit or miss with most but the highs and lows in the music are what help to get me pumped up! I even included two at home workouts below <3
