This last minute beach trip sure turned out to be well worth it! My neighbors/close friends invited us to the beach the week before they were leaving and even though my husband had work, I had made the decision to take Ryder. We left Tuesday morning at 5:00 AM and made our way through Mississippi, Alabama and ending in Florida! Ryder and I arrived to our amazing hotel Hampton Inn & Suites Pensacola/Gulf Breeze around 11:30 and he was beyond estatic. He could not believe that we were staying there over night and he kept telling me, “Thank you momma, you so sweet.” Once I had heard those words, I knew this short trip was all worth it! We unloaded our bags and rushed to put on our swimsuits on to head down to the beach. Ryder & I played in the water and also through the ball on the beach until our friends arrived. Now that Ryder had a friend it made things much less stressful on my end. The boys had a great first day on the beach and we were able to catch some sun-rays!

Now that I am getting older and I’m doing my best to preserve my skin, I refuse to go to the beach without these essiantals! Between sunscreen and hydration masks it’s all a must. I also always bring a pair of sunglasses to ensure my eyes do not get sunburned as well!

Hydrations masks can be found at your local Sephora!
The first night on the beach Ryder and I picked up chick-fil-a and ate dinner on the beach!

Day 2 of the beach has arrived and I have learned a few things! Bring DESITIN! I’m not sure of how I could have prevented this but from all of the sand in Ryder’s swimsuit on day 1 caused a HORRIBLE rash on the inside of his legs. Him and Jace were both screaming when the salt water touch their skin and it made for a slightly rough second day. (This is why Ryder is rocking his ethika underwear haha)
Aghhh dinner time! The way Pensacola Beach is set up, you can pretty much walk anywhere. We had multiple options for restaurants but once we were told Crabs-We Got Em next door offered a playground, we were sold! Not only was the outdoor playground nice, but the service was INCREDIBLE and the food was amazing. We all loved our food choices and were pleased with our decision!
Last but not least “family photos” haha. Even though we were missing dad, I still set up my tripod and photographed Ryder and I on the beach! Once we wrapped up a few dressy photos, we changed and I captured our last few moments at the beach!
