One of the main things I get asked if what types of leg workouts I do. I would say about 50% consist of some sort of squat. Whether it's a regular squat, squats with weights, jumping squats, or what I like to call scissor scissor squat...I do it all! Besides squats I love doing lunges, side shuffles, running backwards, back leg lifts, and box jumps. All of these things coincide with working out additional parts of your body and will help you to achieve the legs you are hoping for!
