It's time to get back on track! This 10 Day Cleanse is nothing extreme. I am focusing on the morning's...why? Because that's what sets you up for success. Your metabolism will get going and you are motivated if you start your day off right!
*For starters women need 74 ounces a day, while men need 101 ounces many go by 8 ounces, 8 times a day which is fine. Any type of fluid intake counts for your daily total.
(If you workout add am extra 13-15 ounces)
This 10 Day Cleanse will consist of lots of fluids and jump-starting your metabolism
What your days will look like:
Wake up – Drink 16 ounces of water before or with breakfast
Breakfast – Options:
Fruit Bowl, Sliced Avocado with eggs and tomatoes, or Low fat yogurt
with fruit toppings
Before leaving for work, school, etc- prepare 32 ounces of detox water (finish by lunch)
Lunch & Dinner – Eat as you wish but try to prepare some sort of meat with vegetables or a fresh salad with a vinaigrette dressing
***Drink 26-39 more ounces for women and 53-68 more ounces for men

Before Dinner – Drink a small glass of hot tea (Brand Option: Yogi)
Slim Down Detox Water
1/2 Lemon,
5 Mint Leaves
6 Slices of Cucumber
***All of these ingredients have different benefits, but when you put them all together, they work to boost your metabolism and kick start your slim down
Detox Water for Cravings & Beautiful Skin
1/4 of an Apple
3 Strawberries (Sliced into 4's)
5 Mint Leaves
1/4 Lemon
1/2 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
***Strawberries are great for your skin, and the mint and lemon will help your digestion process. The cinnamon in this one will also help to control your cravings!

*Cinnamon: improves circulation, thins blood, and manages blood sugar levels. Result in fewer sugar cravings so you eat less and can control calorie intake.
*Apple: vitamin c also known as absorbic acid synthesizes collagen, which can help your skin look better. It also helps repair and maintain bones and teeth and helps heal wounds swiftly.
*Strawberries: help fight carcinogens and contains anti aging properties such as biotin and antioxidant ellagic acid which helps prevent sagging skin.
*Mint: helps to improve digestion and gets rid of stomach cramps.
*Lemon: stimulates the digestive track and helps with constipation.
