Merry Christmas

The quote above is a quote I had created last Christmas when I had this idea of making a little something and bringing it to those who are less fortunate. I knew this was something Ryder could be a part of and even at a young age, I want him to understand the importance of giving back. There is also a program a called Skate for Change that encourages kids who skate, to do things around their community, which is the meaning behind Ryder and I's beanies. 

Below you will see photos of Ryder and I preparing cookies and goodie bags to hand out, outside of the St. Jospehs Diner. Our baggies consisted of mints and cookies, along with the quote seen above. This was a small act of kindness that Ryder was able to participate in; even though he became shy when it came time to hand them out haha. The overall experience was a true blessing for myself and I there is no greater feeling than putting a smile on someone else's face. Sure it was just a cookie and a few mints but these wonderful people were extremely excited and grateful for something so small.
