3 Day Cleanse to a New You 

Have you ever felt like you needed a fresh start with your diet? I feel like this all the time and it's not about being on a diet for me, but making real life changes. I've recently decided to lower my intake of processed foods. I do have days where a bag of chips is easier, or I'm wanting to munch on Ryder's leftovers but I never feel fulfilled after. I had tried this cleanse a few months back and really loved it! With my first juice cleanse, I did bend the rules a tad. You're not suppose to intake any other food except for at dinner time, but as much as I workout, I did have a protein bar each day. (I typically buy the ThinkThin bars or Quest bars) Other than the protein bars, I strictly followed the cleanse. The first day isn't so bad taste wise, but the other two are pretty brutal when it comes to the after taste. 

My main goal with the cleanse is to revamp my body and flush out the toxins. I'm not trying to lose weight or do anything too crazy with it. It's strictly for me to fuel my body with the nutrients that it needs. You can see photos below of some of the items I purchased for the cleanse, along with the cleanse recipe as well. 

A friend of mine was sweet enough to let me use her juicer since she wasn't anymore, but I did find a similar one here on amazon <3
